We believe every customer deserves a fresh, untouched experience, and reselling any used item would be unfair and unethical.
Our Packaging & Delivery Assurance

- Shipment only via reputed partners: DTDC, DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, India Post
- Proper tracking and handling during transit
Hence, there’s no need to worry about damage or loss during delivery. However, in the rare event of visible physical damage, you may contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.
Be Sure Before You Buy
Many of our items are sold on consignment from our suppliers, and we are obligated to pay them upfront once a purchase is made. In addition:
- Payment gateway fees are non-refundable
- Shipping & insurance charges are non-refundable
